Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Affirm Lock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Affirm Lock is a personal development app that helps you build a daily affirmation habit. The app uses Apple's Screen Time framework to restrict access to apps you choose until you complete a daily affirmation. The app requires Screen Time permission to function.

Subscriptions & Payments

Affirm Lock may offer auto-renewing subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Subscription payments are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for granting the necessary Screen Time permissions
You are responsible for selecting which apps to block
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to circumvent its features
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the app

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Affirm Lock are the intellectual property of Affirm Lock and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affirm Lock and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Termination

You may stop using Affirm Lock at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be removed. Any active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your App Store account settings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
